RETURN POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO BE 100% SATISFIED.

At Mizfit Inc. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why, under our Return Policy, you can return merchandise you purchased on Mizfitinc.com within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.  It must be in its original package, unopened, or in perfect condition. In order for the product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. If your returned item does not meet this criteria, or is determined to be not defective, Mizfit Inc. will send an email within 30 days to the email address you provided to discuss additional steps.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Domestic ground shipping may take between 7-10 business days from the date of the order being placed, depending on the delivery location.

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

• Please provide your physical street address for delivery as we may not be able to deliver to a PO Box. Orders with shipping addresses to PO Boxes cannot be guaranteed for delivery and void the estimated delivery date.

• Mizfit Inc uses several different shipping carriers depending on type of shipment and geographic location.

• Proof of signature is not required for delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package. In the event that the customer is not available, the package may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier.

• In rare cases due to unforeseen events, (e.g. extreme weather, shipping company delays, etc.), these shipment times may be delayed.

Mizfit Inc will fulfill your order in a timely and efficient manner. However, if the package is returned to us for ANY reason you will still be responsible for the original shipping fees charged to you by Mizfit Inc. Mizfit inc. does not accept product exchanges.

SHIPPING COSTS

The Shipping costs for Domestic ground service is a flat rate of USD$8.50 per order regardless of quantity. Certain items may include additional handling costs. Any special handling costs will be reflected at checkout.
